Even though System of a Down used folk instruments on their records, it’s really unusual to see someone play their songs on the bagpipes. If this were KoRn cover, we wouldn’t be so surprise because Jonathan Davis plays the bagpipes as the intro for Shoots and Ladders, both live and in the studio.
But SOAD sounds like Serj, Shavo, Daron and John moved to Scotland and sung about… I don’t know, Scotland? If you’re one of those people who can’t stand the bagpipes, we suggest you to skip this video, but if you adore them and appreciate them as one of the Scotland’s trademarks, this cover by Vera Brenner will unexpectedly please you.
